Doug Goldring BSc (Hons)

Founding Director

Doug is an qualified Architectural Technologist with a practical, detail-led approach to design and delivery. He studied Architectural Technology at Sheffield Hallam University, where he built a strong foundation in construction, building regulations, and turning ideas into clear, buildable solutions.

Since graduating, Doug has worked for three different companies, designing a wide range of projects—from residential extensions and loft conversions to commercial-to-residential conversions. That mix of experience means he’s comfortable working with everything from tight urban sites to more complex layouts, and he understands how to make the most of a space while keeping projects grounded in what’s achievable.

Doug also brings valuable project management and planning management consulting experience, having worked with public-sector clients including the Royal Borough of Kingston Council and Mole Valley Council. This background has sharpened his ability to coordinate with consultants, manage timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly—always with clear communication and a focus on the end goal.
