We’re based in Surrey and work across the South East of England and London. Goldring Designs provides white-label subcontract support for builders, architects, loft firms and developers who need reliable help with measured surveys, planning drawing packs and 3D visualisation. Based in Surrey, we support projects across the South East and London, with UK-wide 2D-to-3D support where plans and site information are provided.

Doug Goldring BSc (Hons)

Founding Director

Doug Goldring is an Architectural Technologist with experience delivering residential extensions, loft conversions and commercial-to-residential projects. He studied Architectural Technology at Sheffield Hallam University and has developed a practical, detail-led approach to producing clear, buildable drawing information and presentation material.

Alongside private-sector project work, Doug has also worked with public-sector clients including the Royal Borough of Kingston Council and Mole Valley Council. This experience has strengthened his understanding of coordination, timescales, communication and the need for accurate, well-presented information.

At Goldring Designs, Doug supports builders, architects, loft firms and developers with white-label drawing, survey and 3D visualisation services that help projects move forward efficiently and professionally.
