2D Plans and Elevations
We provide clear, accurate 2D CAD drawings suitable for homeowners, builders, and planning applications.
Prices for 2D CAD drawings start from £500 which include:
An initial phone call to discuss design requirements.
If you want to proceed there will be a site survey where we will measure all necessary dimensions of your building including further discussion on changes that are required.
From the survey we produce Existing plans and elevations– these are required for the planning submission.
From our discussion we produce Proposed drawings – detailed 2D layouts showing the new design and key structural changes that are required for a planning submission.
We will then have a second meeting (either in person or via a video call) where the existing and proposed drawings are reviewed and any required amendment will be noted.
The final design will then be sent to the client for review and acceptance.
All drawings are created to professional standards and can be used for:
Planning applications
Builder quotations
Client and contractor coordination
All drawings produced will be sent electronically as PDFs so documents can be easily shared with everyone involved in the project.
